FAQS

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. In many instances, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance to be reimbursed. However, I cannot control or determine how much your insurance decides to pay.

How long does therapy last?

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and progress. Typically, I recommend starting with weekly sessions for about 4 to 6 weeks to establish momentum and address immediate concerns. After that, we often adjust the frequency—such as moving to biweekly or monthly sessions—based on your needs and the progress we’re making. My goal is always to support you in a way that feels both effective and sustainable.

What can I expect during the first session?

In our first session, I tend to ask a wide range of questions—some may seem directly relevant, others less so. This is my way of getting a full picture of your life, experiences, and current concerns. It helps me meet you where you are and begin tailoring our work together.

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

All sessions are offered virtually. This allows for flexibility and accessibility, no matter where you’re located within the state.
